About me:

I've worked for almost 20 years as an IT Specialist. Most of this time, I worked at IBM as a Support Specialist with several WebSphere products, AIX and Linux operating systems.

In 2011, I decided to dedicate my skills to social work. Since then, I've been working as a freelancer, mostly with non-profit organizations, helping them improve their presence in the Internet and use social media. I also write for a few blogs (check out the links below).

I volunteer with a non-profit organization called JEAME, which helps children and teenagers living in social risk conditions, and with Rede Social do Centro, which is a network of several organizations that work together and use their resources in order to solve social issues in downtown São Paulo.
